Excellent service we could not be more happy. Heather sold my home then helped me close a deal on my new one. We told her what we needed and she found the perfect home. She was with us every step of the way telling us what to expect. She made buying and selling our homes seem too easy. I highly recommend Heather. Top notch agent. You won't find anyone better.

Heather was amazing. Our transaction had extenuating circumstances that came up and she was on top of every detail and was able to explain everything easily. Heather is super easy to work with, not forgetting she is attentive and knowledgeable (which in today's market is important). What I love most of all about working with her, is her eagerness to ensure her clients are satisfied. We just closed on our home yesterday and could not be happier! Heather is by far the best! She made buying my first home an incredible experience. I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know!

Heather went above and beyond for us. First, she REALLY listened to what we were looking for. Then she dedicated the time to identify several houses that fit our needs. And with short notice pulled together showings at the homes we wanted to see. Moving from another area, Heather's assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated. She has a powerful work ethic. Knows the market. And bent over backwards to help us. And gave us sound advice throughout the process. HIGHLY recommended.

Heather worked with me on my move from out-of-state. I originally viewed homes with Heather to narrow down my search with the intention to purchase the following year. With the MLS emails she set up for me, I found the perfect home a few months earlier. She is very easy to work with and kept me updated throughout the purchase process. Heather also answered my questions about local attractions, alternate routes, shopping, etc.

Heather is a life long resident in the Chattanooga area and it shows. Her vast knowledge of Chattanooga and the surrounding areas was a huge benefit to me finding a home in a community that best suit me. Heather's experience and personality was also exceptional. Heather has a professional relationship with over 80% of the builders and realtors in the East TN/GA area. This allowed her to provide me options to those specific homes that had the attention to detail I was looking for. Being that Heather was able to factor in the attention to detail I was looking for along with the budget I was looking to stay within made it extremely easy for me to find the home that was right for me. I had a beautiful home under contract within a week and closed on the home right around 30 days later. This was by far the easiest and most convenient experience I've ever had with a realtor.
